Let's Talk About...'s review about Once Upon a Time(2011)

Whenever the main character drifts away in thought and the music starts playing, there's a sense of detachment, like how surreal it is looking back after a lifetime has passed. This reminds me of the beginning of One Hundred Years of Solitude and The Story of Your Life.

Confusing.It’s funny how after season 3 they have no idea of how the timeline of the show is hahaha They added so many characters and flashbacks that it became confusing even to the creators.

A real life tale.Horowitz and Kitsis were exceptional, they gave new lives to classic characters. More than just putting all of the famous fairy tales together, they could convince us that those people met and loved each other in their world. The way they connect what happens in our world to what happened in the Enchanted Forest works very well. The only low point are the visual effects, probably because of a tight budget.
