Leroy_Hoffman's review about The Help(2011)

A thoroughly engaging film where every character brims with life and passion. While Emma Stone delivers a solid performance, it's the maids and the 'bitchy' housewives who truly stand out. Both comedic and emotional moments abound, moving many amongst the audience. Lacking the charming music from the trailer was the only downside.

This film boasts an incredible lineup of talented actresses. I'm not exaggerating when I say it features one of the most remarkable casts ever assembled. Amidst numerous outstanding performances, Viola Davis shines the brightest. Her portrayal here deserves endless accolades, as she elevates every scene she graces with her presence.

Inesquecível.Assisti achando que ia ser um saco, nem curto coisa de época, e me surpreendi demais. Me envolvi cada vez mais com a história dessas mulheres, apesar da narrativa do ~white savior~, e até hoje não esqueci esse filme. Li o livro, inclusive, e é diferente, mas tão impactante quanto.

Que potência!.Uma boa adaptação que só ficou mais poderosa com as performances arrebatadoras do elenco. Não tem como botar Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer e Emma Stone em um filme só e dar absurdamente errado- de fato, não deu. Sensacional.

Tem um cisco no meu olho.Apaixonante e cativante do começo ao fim. Elenco: incrível. História: potente. Resultado: tô no chão. Que filme. Recomendado do começo ao fim, e repitam.
