Zachary Levi, who plays Shazam! in DC, is about to make his second DC solo film. As DC is undergoing a period of change, fans are worried about Zachary's future. Recently, the media speculated that Zachary would like to ask his opinion about the rolling director taking over DC, which Zachary expressed support.
Zachary said it's a very difficult time for DC, and both actors and fans need to take a breath. He said:
"Guys, take a deep breath. I know we're in the thick of it. There are some characters, some actors that are leaving, and I wish I could work with a lot of them, but it's not the right time."
Then Zachary talked about how he felt about rolling guide taking over DC:
"A lot of people are angry right now, guys, and I just want to say trust James Gunn. He knows DC, he knows comics, he knows how to build a world, he knows how to work with the cartoon, he knows the characters, he knows how to work with the audience, and Peter is an amazing diplomat and businessman, and I've worked with them for years, and they're trustworthy."

Finally, Zachary reassured his fans that everything is going to be OK: "Let's all take a deep breath, it's going to be OK, we need to give them a lot of respect and trust, it's not just about me, everybody needs to keep faith."
It's unclear where Zachary will fit into the new DC universe, but it looks like he's putting a lot of faith in the roller-guide, and maybe we'll see Zachary and his Shazam in the new universe in the future.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods will premiere in North America on March 17, 2023.
