Erik Killmonger
Eric Killmonger, aka N 'Jadaka. In the comics, he was born into the lowest classes of Wakanda. His parents were recruited as slaves by Ulysses Klaw and forced to fight in a rebellion before being killed by Wakanda's royal guards. He left Wakanda at a young age because he was classified as a rebel, moved to New York, and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He gradually gets to know T 'Challa, the Black Panther, who pardons him, but Eric still holds a grudge and stages a coup, which ultimately fails. He died and came back to life many times, and defeated the Black Panther many times, he is always snooping, trying to overthrow Wakanda's rule.
Eric in the film is based on a combination of one of his comic book incarnations (a Wakanda wanderer trying to overthrow his own country), T 'Shan (a cousin of T 'Challa who is jealous of him) and White Wolf (an extremist who is the adopted son of the former Black Panther T'Chaka).
Ulysses Klaw
In the comics, Ulysses Klaw is a scientific physicist who invented the acoustic converter and travels to Wakanda after discovering that vibrato enhances its powers. On his way to capture Zhenjin, he massacred Wakanda's civilians and killed the current Panther's father.
Black Panther had his left hand amputated in revenge, but he replaced his right hand with a prosthetic with a sonic converter that could release shock waves and sound waves for attack.
In the Marvel Universe Ulysses Klaw makes his first appearance in Avengers: Age of Ultron as an arms dealer.
Ulysses Klaw is a smuggler of Vibranium in Wakanda, and is branded as a "thief" because of his crimes in the local area. Ultron once asked him for Vibranium to cast his body, but he angered Ultron and caused his limbs to be cut off.
Everett K. Ross
Everett K. Roberts, like Black Panther, first appears in Captain America: Civil War, where he is a special agent with the CIA's Joint Counterterrorism Center and task force deputy commander in charge of solving the Winter Soldier incident. The comic book character is set as a U.S. State Department diplomat and is a regular character in the Black Panther comics.
Nakia
Nakia, a native of Wakanda, has had a crush on T 'Challa since she was a child. She later joins the king's bodyguard and becomes the Panther's personal bodyguard, girlfriend and most loyal company.
Shuri
Shuri is the princess of Wakanda, she is T 'Challa's half-sister, and her brother have the same genius intelligence. Shuri is also a trained martial artist, she is good at using and manufacturing a variety of high-tech equipment and weapons. in MARVEL comic, Shuri is the Black Panther T 'Challa's competitor, and she does inherit the throne as a female Black Panther.
M'Baku
M'Baku, aka Man-Ape. The second most powerful warrior in Wakanda after T 'Challa. M'Baku worships the opposite of the Black Panther, he believes in the white ape totem. M'Baku advocated the restoration of primitive clan customs, which is the white ape religion, so he is waiting for a chance to rebel. M'Baku changed his name to Man-Ape after killing a legendary white orangutan, feeding on orangutan blood and gaining the powers of the beast through an ancient ritual.
