1. The color of the other Flash jacket and earphones
In the trailer, when Barry Allen meets Flash in another universe for the first time, his jacket and headphones are yellow and black, which may indicate that he is Reverse-Flash.
In the comics, Reverse-Flash is Flash's classic enemy. It is not known whether this color scheme implies that he is Reverse-Flash, or is it just a coincidence? We'll only find out after the movie is released.
2. The movie will recreate the origin of Flash’s superpower
Judging from the trailer, The Flash is inspired by the classic storyline of DC comics Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, where Barry tries to go back in time to save his mother.

4. Supergirl's DCU debut combines two comic book stories
In the trailer for The Flash, the two Barry and Michael Keaton Batman help free Supergirl in what looks like a prison. She wears a suit with a picture of her in captivity.
It looks like Supergirl's debut will be a combination of two comic book stories, Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox and the Superman story Superman: Red Son.
5. Batman played by Ben Affleck did not replace the Batmobile, it is still the model in the movie Justice League
Judging from the trailer, Batman played by Ben Affleck continues the look in Justice League (2017), where he became The Flash's mentor in that movie, and it seems that he hasn't changed his Batmobile in recent years.
6. Michael Keaton has a total of 7 Batman suits, and he seems to have retired
