Dorne is located in the southernmost part of the continent of Westeros. The hot climate has created open folks and dress styles. Men and women wear a deep V without too many restrictions.
For House Martell, the designer chose an ochre-yellow-brown color as warm as the blazing sun, borrowing from Indian dress. The costume style is luxurious and exotic.

Coquettish clothes and an evil smile are often a deadly combination. However, the "Red Viper" Oberyn is one of the most popular characters in the show. His charm is evident.
The designer said that because Dorne is the most equal place for men and women in Westeros and is very tolerant of both genders, Dorne's menswear is more feminine. However, as we can see, Oberyn dressed the clothes in a masculine, hormonal appeal.

In my opinion, Dorne is the most successfully portrayed territory in the show because the noble did show the 'nobility'. Apart from the inspired design team, I think it has a lot to do with the choice of fabrics.
As we all know, the crew has its loom, but those fabrics that look good are basically outsourced or purchased separately. And customs of Donne used a lot of silk sourced directly from India.

The trial by combat decided Tyrion's life and death, with Oberyn as his surrogate knight. The thin leather armor with little protection made him nimble, which formed a strong visual contrast with the heavily armed "The Mountain".

The snakeskin-like embossing on his leather armor also appeared on the clothing of her mistress Ellaria and her illegitimate daughters, the Sand Snakes.

Trystane, the little prince of Dorne, dressed similarly to his uncle Oberyn. The main differences are the color and pattern. In addition, other Dorne men wear long cloth knotted at the waist, Tristan uses a belt, and the gold waist chain is actually from the designer.

He is the marriage partner of Princess Myrcella, and the sweet little couple wore matching color couple outfits in the same frame twice.

The serpentine decorations on the hilt and belt buckle are exquisite. However, it is strange the Martel family crest is a golden spear through the red sun, "Red Viper" Oberyn is the only one in House Martell related to snakes, and his illegitimate daughters are nicknamed "Sand Snake".

Prince Doran was trapped in a wheelchair for many years because of his gout. Unlike his younger brother Oberyn, who is unrestrained, he has a restrained and deep personality, so he dresses very conservatively.
Although Prince Doran only has two looks, he is the best in Dorne in my mind. The two sets are elegant and noble, with glossy silk fabrics. The pattern is exquisite, and the color schemes are unique.
When Jaimes changed into local clothes in Dorne, he covered his chest like Prince Doran. He also wore a Dornish guard outfit to sneak into the palace. If we watch their clothes closely, we can find the family crest of House Martell was embroidered on Oberyn's clothes, while the soldiers were just printed.
The dress design in the show follows the "top-down" principle. The dress of nobles affects servants and subjects. The colors, styles, and details of the two are similar. Of course, compared to nobles, the materials and craftsmanship are somewhat inferior.
